Emergencies: Emergencies consist of fire, flood, ___ If there is a fire, please call 9 - 1 -1 & notify management afterward. For major plumbing/flood or electrical issues, call (619) 296-3189 & follow the prompt to leave your emergency message at. The emergency phone line is available 24/7. Remember when leaving a message to speak clearly & leave a phone number where our staff can reach you right away at.
Maintenance Requests: For plumbing/flood issues you can call the office directly at: (619) 296-3189.
For electrical issues, always inspect your unit’s circuit breakers and/or GFI outlets.
If you’ve reset the breakers and/or GFI outlet & are still experiencing electric problems
contact the office.
For all other items -Please fill out the attached form to notify management of your
maintenance issue. Make sure you are specific in your details & provide a good phone
number where our maintenance personnel can reach you. If you will not be home, our
technician(s) will enter unit through arrangements with the main office. If you have a pet,
you will be required to be present or have them placed in a secure pet enclosure. Once
your maintenance request has been sent please allow 24 hours for your work order to be
processed. Any misinformation will delay in managing your maintenance request.
